Sheila B. Storch, SCP, SPHR has over 25 years of experience in human resources and people operations. Prior to that, they were the Vice President of Human Resources at Mspark from April 2021 to December 2022.

In 2010, they earned the Senior Professional in Human Resources® (SPHR®) Certification from the HR Certification Institute - HRCI. In 2015, they obtained the SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) certification from SHRM. Furthermore, in 2017, Sheila acquired the EQi-2.0 & 360 Assessments certification from Multi-Health Systems Inc. (MHS). Lastly, in 2023, they completed the Prosci Certified Change Practitioner program at Prosci.
