Tina Bollers has extensive work experience in various roles. Tina started their career at Bridgewater State University, where they served as an Orientation Leader, Senior Resident Assistant, and Program Assistant/Mentor for FAM For Change. Tina then interned at the Center of Multicultural Affairs. Tina later worked as a Development Assistant at Growing Leaders, Inc., where they were responsible for organizing conferences and events, handling administrative tasks, and managing donor files. Tina also gained experience as a Lead Customer Service Representative at Showcase Cinema Randolph. Tina furthered their career by working at the University of West Georgia as a Competitive Sports Graduate Assistant and held multiple internships, including Operations and Events and Programs. Tina then moved on to become the Coordinator of Intramural Sports at University Recreation at the University of North Carolina at Charlotte. Most recently, Tina has served as an Onboarding Manager at Alyce and an Onboarding Specialist at Fleetio.
Tina Bollers obtained their Bachelor's degree in Communication and Media Studies from Bridgewater State University, where they studied from 2009 to 2014. Tina then went on to pursue a Master's degree in Professional Counseling with a concentration in Student Affairs from the University of West Georgia, completing their studies from 2015 to 2017. In terms of additional certifications, Tina obtained the American Red Cross Instructor- CPRO First Aid/CPR/AED Instructor certification from the American Red Cross in August 2015. Tina also became a QPR Institute- Gatekeeper Instructor- Question, Persuade and Refer Suicide Prevention from the QPR Institute in August 2018. Most recently, Tina acquired the Diversity, Equity and Inclusion in the Workplace Certificate from USF Corporate Training and Professional Education in May 2021, as well as the My Steady Mind- Mindfulness & Resiliency Training certification from My Steady Mind in June 2021.
