Israel A. has a diverse work experience spanning over various industries. Israel is the founder of FleetNurse Inc. since September 2018. Prior to this, they worked as a Regional Sales Manager for Spine Wave, Inc. starting from July 2016. Israel also served as the Principal Medical Device Consultant for IWA, LLC from July 2011 to December 2019, offering consulting services to start-up medical device companies. Before that, they held the position of Vice President in Clinical Operations and Vice President for the Western US at Medyssey Spine in 2010 and 2011 respectively. Israel began their career in 2000 as a 1st Lieutenant in the US Army, where they were responsible for training and advising on weapons of mass destruction. Israel also has sales experience with Stryker, Aesculap, and KLS Martin, L.P., holding various sales representative and consultant roles.
