John Lundquist has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. John started their career in 2010 with Jackson Hole Mountain Resort, where they worked in mountain operations. In 2011, they briefly worked as a conservation land manager at Teton Science Schools. In 2012, John joined JET ENVIRONMENTAL SERVICES, INC., initially as a field engineer and later as a project manager and global program manager. John then transitioned to Shift Clean Energy in 2018, where they worked in sales and business development. Concurrently, they also worked as an impact venture analyst at Coast to Crest Fund. In 2019, they co-founded The Crop Project and served as a board director. The following year, John joined FleetNurse, initially as the chief financial officer and later taking on additional responsibilities as the chief operating officer. Alongside their professional roles, they also worked at the University of Oregon - Charles H. Lundquist College of Business as a pro tem instructor and finance program manager from 2020 to 2022.
John Lundquist completed their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Earth Science and Economics from Colgate University from 2004 to 2008. John then pursued further education at the University of Oregon Lundquist College of Business, where they obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a specialization in Sustainable Business Development from 2017 to 2019. During the same period, they also pursued a Master of Science (M.S.) degree in Finance from the University of Oregon Lundquist College of Business. In addition to their formal education, John Lundquist obtained additional certifications, including an Impact Investing Certification from The Wharton School in April 2019, and an Executive Presence and Influence: Persuasive Leadership Development certification from The Wharton School in February 2023.
