Nielsen has worked for Fleggaard GmbH, Calle Estonia OU, and Bilka Dansk Supermarked. Nielsen completed a degree in Almen erhvervsøkonomi from Handelshøjskole i Esbjerg and has attended Esbjerg Gymnasium.
