Steve Kaus

Steve Kaus is an accomplished communication professional with extensive experience in internal communications and employee engagement. Currently serving as Senior Vice President and Director of Internal Communications at FleishmanHillard since October 2012, Steve leads agency-facing communication functions and provides strategic support to senior leadership across 85 offices in 31 countries. Previous experience includes roles at Sports Authority, where Steve managed company-wide communication initiatives and developed the current intranet, and Gart Sports, where Steve led internal communication efforts for training programs. Education includes a BFA in Graphic Design from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and an MA in Strategic Communication & Leadership from Seton Hall University.
