Chadia Mansour, EdD, serves as the Ambassador for the Global Advocacy for Open Educational Resources (OER) at the International Council for Open and Distance Education since January 2023 and has held a similar role at Fleming College Toronto since January 2021. Chadia has extensive experience in academia, including positions as a Professor and Courses Lead in Communication and Writing and as an IELTS Trainer at Qatar University. In addition to work at TEFL Kuwait as an Executive Board Member and Chair of the Blended Learning SIG, Chadia has contributed to various educational organizations, including the International Association for Blended Learning and TESOL International Association, where significant achievements include revitalizing the English as a Foreign Language Interest Section. Chadia's educational background includes a Doctorate in Education from Athabasca University and multiple master's degrees in Applied Linguistics from Old Dominion University.
