Darryl Gershater MSW RSW is an experienced social worker with a diverse background in clinical counselling, psychotherapy, and education. Currently serving at Flemingdon Health Centre since February 2006, Darryl provides support to clients facing a range of mental health issues, including depression, anxiety, and trauma, while also addressing impacts of oppression and discrimination. Previously, Darryl worked as a social worker and psychotherapist with SCOPE, delivering after-hours mental health services. Additionally, Darryl has contributed to the academic field as a lecturer at Seneca College and served as a reviewer for the Canadian Centre for Accreditation, assessing organizations in Ontario for quality management. Darryl's academic qualifications include a Master of Social Work from the University of Toronto, a Bachelor of Education from Queen's University, and an Honours Bachelor of Arts from York University.
