Julia Benedikt

Julia Benedikt is the Head of HR APAC at Flender, where they lead the development and implementation of the APAC People Strategy and engage in organizational change initiatives. With over two decades of experience in various sectors, including legal, investment, education, and fitness, Julia transitioned into HR in 2005 and has held significant roles, including National HR Manager at Flender and Manager of Human Resources and Administration at SYSPRO. Julia earned a Master of Business Administration from the Australian Institute of Management and a Graduate Certificate of Commerce in HR Management from Swinburne University of Technology. They are recognized for their strategic acumen and ability to foster employee engagement across diverse teams within the APAC region.
