Joshua F. Kirby has over two decades of experience in the automotive and integrated services industries. Currently serving as the Facilitator of Positive Change at Fletcher Auto Group since June 2002, Joshua successfully unified three brands into a single entity and developed a comprehensive branding profile while achieving a remarkable 193% retail sales effectiveness, focusing on team unity and customer satisfaction. Prior to this role, Joshua worked in sales at SageNet LLC from January 1997 to November 2001, managing operations in Eastern Oklahoma and Arkansas. Joshua attended the University of Arkansas from 1995 to 1996.

Fletcher Auto Group was started in 1989 by Frank Fletcher. Fletcher learned his business skills from Sam Walton selling many products to Wal-Mart when they opened their second store in 1966. Walton taught Fletcher the value of taking care of the CUSTOMER. Today Fletcher Auto Group has thirteen major brands - Ford, Lincoln, Honda, Toyota, Scion, Nissan, Mercedes Benz, Hyundai, Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, Ram and Kia in 10 stores in Arkansas and Missouri. All of the stores share a common goal to provide the highest quality experience when purchasing a new or pre-owned vehicle and when servicing vehicles in our service department. The Fletcher Auto Group has continued to grow and prosper because of our sound business practices and a total focus on our customers and our associates. While we plan continued growth as an Auto Group, we will always be totally dedicated to growing our business one customer at a time.
