Brendon Mills

Brendon Mills is an experienced human resources professional currently serving as the General Manager of People and Performance for the Building Products Division at Fletcher Building since July 2015. In this role, Brendon supports multiple business units, including Winstone Wallboards, Tasman Insulation NZ, and Humes, among others. Prior positions within Fletcher Building include Head of People and Performance for the Distribution Division and various roles that focus on HR, talent development, and employee engagement across several brands employing thousands of individuals. Brendon's career spans over three decades, with previous leadership in HR roles at PlaceMakers, Mitre 10, Foodstuffs Auckland, and Westpac New Zealand. Educational qualifications include a Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resources Management from The University of Auckland.
