James Papple

James Papple is an experienced IT professional serving as the IT Business Manager - Construction at Fletcher Building since May 2022. In this role, James supports IT services, engages with stakeholders, and conducts strategic planning to implement technology solutions that enhance business processes. Prior to this position, James worked as a Business Analyst at Higgins, where key stakeholder relationships were developed, and electronic health and safety form systems were implemented nationwide. Additionally, experience includes roles as a Customer Service Engineer at Ricoh New Zealand Limited, a Board Member of the Project Control Board at Massey University, and an Information Technology Intern at Ricoh, where diverse skills were acquired across various IT functions. James holds a Bachelor’s degree in Information Science, Information Technology, from Massey University and completed NZQA Level 1, 2, and 3 at Palmerston North Boys' High School.
