Katherine Barrack

Katherine Barrack is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in leading people and performance strategies across various organizations in Australia. Currently serving as General Manager People & Performance at Fletcher Building since December 2016, Katherine oversees the execution of people strategies across six businesses and corporate functions, managing a team of over 50. Previous roles include Head of People & Performance at Tradelink and National People & Performance Manager at Stramit, as well as Regional Human Resources Manager at StarTrack. Katherine's career began in human resources consultant roles at Australian Leisure & Hospitality Group and as a Human Resources Advisor for Arnott's Biscuits. Katherine holds a Bachelor's degree in Social Sciences from Australian Catholic University and has a background in psychology and sociology from Melbourne Business School.
