Khristie Baker

Khristie Baker has extensive experience in information technology and project management, currently serving as the General Manager of Information Technology at Fletcher Building since August 2015. Key achievements include a significant increase in Business NPS engagement, the development of a five-year IT strategic capital investment plan, and successful implementation of an IT continuity plan. Previous roles include Programme Director at 2degrees NZ Ltd, where Khristie successfully managed the delivery of an Oracle CRM Telco stack implementation, and Head of Portfolio for IT Products and Services at Vodafone New Zealand, overseeing over 80 concurrent projects. Educational qualifications include a Master of Business Administration from Massey University.
