Michael Allsop

Michael Allsop is an experienced property asset manager with a strong background in real estate. Currently serving as a Senior Property Asset Manager at Fletcher Building since November 2019, Michael previously held roles at CBRE UK as a Senior Surveyor - Transaction Manager and at Colliers International - New Zealand in Corporate Solutions. During tenure at CBRE, Michael managed relationships with corporate occupiers across diverse global regions, providing strategic advisory services. At Colliers, Michael focused on tenant advocacy for significant portfolios including those of Bank of New Zealand and Vodafone. Michael holds a Bachelor of Business Studies in Property Valuation & Management from Massey University.
