Rebecca Cotter

Rebecca Cotter is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in commercial property and real estate law. Currently serving as a Senior Legal Counsel for Residential Land and Development at Fletcher Building since December 2017, Rebecca has previously held senior associate positions at Lane Neave and Bell Gully, where notable contributions included working on a diverse range of projects for commercial property and corporate clients. Prior to that, Rebecca spent nearly a decade at Field Fisher Waterhouse LLP in London, focusing on real estate work for energy and infrastructure clients, and managing significant client relationships. Earlier experience includes roles as a legal advisor at the London Fire and Emergency Planning Authority and as a solicitor at Bell Gully Solicitors. Rebecca holds an LLB (Hons) and BA from the University of Canterbury.
