Currently serving as the Business Development Director at Fletcher Jones Management West since January 2011, Lewis leads a centralized Business Development Center (BDC) for 17 dealerships representing prestigious brands such as Mercedes-Benz, Audi, Porsche, VW, and Honda. Previously, as Business Development Manager at Fletcher Jones Motorcars, Lewis played a pivotal role in establishing the nation's top Mercedes-Benz dealership and BDC, enhancing guest satisfaction and communication. Additional experience includes consulting and training at Universal Dealer Consultants, where Lewis focused on dealership process analysis and performance improvement, as well as early career roles at House Of Imports that emphasized client care and sales strategy. Lewis studied at Fullerton College.

Following his father’s footsteps as a “rising star,” Ted Jones had a clear vision of the expansion direction he wanted his business to venture to. In 1991, Jones purchased a bankrupt luxury auto dealership in the affluent community of Newport Beach, setting his plan in motion to create one of the nation’s largest Mercedes-Benz centers. After completing construction and fine-tuning the operation to run like a Swiss watch, he has applied the same business principles to the growing 18 dealerships that make up the Fletcher Jones Fine Family of Dealerships, today.
