Heather Lewis

Heather Lewis is a seasoned business development professional with extensive experience in the automotive industry. Currently serving as the Business Development Director at Fletcher Jones Management West since January 2011, Lewis leads a centralized Business Development Center (BDC) for 17 dealerships representing prestigious brands such as Mercedes-Benz, Audi, Porsche, VW, and Honda. Previously, as Business Development Manager at Fletcher Jones Motorcars, Lewis played a pivotal role in establishing the nation's top Mercedes-Benz dealership and BDC, enhancing guest satisfaction and communication. Additional experience includes consulting and training at Universal Dealer Consultants, where Lewis focused on dealership process analysis and performance improvement, as well as early career roles at House Of Imports that emphasized client care and sales strategy. Lewis studied at Fullerton College.
