Zied Belaid

Zied Belaid currently serves as Directeur de Programme SI at Fleury Michon, specializing in the direction of ERP/MES/APS transformation programs since October 2025. Previously, Zied held various roles at ANDROS, including Directeur COE ERP and ERP Program Manager, overseeing maintenance and production management from January 2018 to September 2025. Zied's earlier experience at Groupe ANDROS involved project management in GMAO from September 2015 to December 2019, and prior roles included industrial purchasing and responsibilities in supply chain and maintenance methods at companies such as MATERNE INDUSTRIES and METAL-FORMAGE. Zied began the professional journey at Poulina, focusing on maintenance budget validation and GMAO deployment from September 2003 to June 2005. Zied holds a MAITRISE in Mécanique industrielle et technologie de maintenance from the Institut superieur des études technologiques, completed in 2003.
