Jared Thomas is an experienced product leader currently serving as the Head of Product at Flex since October 2024, focusing on enhancing operational systems for business owners. Prior to this, Jared held several key roles at Carta from 2015 to October 2024, including Director of Product and Group Product Manager, where leadership in cap table and valuations drove the growth of API calls to over 100 million monthly. Additionally, contributions were made to establish Carta's New York City and Seattle offices, and initial onboarding processes were managed.
