Juergen Uhl has a diverse work experience that spans various roles and industries. Juergen worked at Flexaseal Engineered Seals and Systems, LLC from 2012 to the present, where they started as an Application Engineer and then became an Engineering Director in September 2016. Juergen also worked at the University of Vermont as a Graduate Research Assistant and a Graduate Teaching Assistant from 2009 to 2012. Additionally, they served as a Member Of The Board Of Advisors at the University of Vermont - College of Engineering starting in March 2017. Prior to that, Juergen completed a Voluntary Social Year in Sports at the State of Baden-Wuerttemberg Sports Association from September 2004 to August 2005, where they organized and led outdoor events for athletes and acquired climbing instructor certification.

Juergen Uhl has a strong educational background in the field of engineering. Juergen completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering at the University of Vermont from 2005 to 2009. Following this, they pursued further education and obtained their Master of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering at the same institution from 2009 to 2011. Prior to their university studies, Juergen Uhl attended Robert-Gerwig, where they obtained their German High School Diploma specializing in Mathematics and Sports Science, which they completed from 1995 to 2004.
