Ksenia Krylova

Ksenia Krylova has held a variety of roles in the past decade. In 2010, they were a Project Manager at the Culture Board of Petrozavodsk City Administration, where they looked for information about grants for financing projects in the sphere of culture and intercultural spheres, informed potential applicants in municipal institutions about relevant grants, corresponded with Russian and Foreign partners, and arranged seminars for making project applications. In 2011, they were an Assistant Director-General at AEM-technology. From 2012 to 2013, they were a Foreign Department Leading Specialist at VVM LTd, where they were responsible for correspondence with foreign partners, control over deliveries from the EU and China, provision with shipping and custom clearance documents, and order processing and records maintainance. From 2013 to 2017, they were a Team Leader at Veeam Software, where they managed a team, received and processed purchase orders from distributors to the Accounting Department, logged activity to Salesforce CRM, and updated CRM with information on closed opportunities, Accounts and Contacts. Finally, from 2017 to present, they are a Manager of Bids & Contracts and Business Development Coordinator at Flex Databases, where they manage all clients related contracts and agreements, maintains invoicing accuracy and improves customer experience, and manages the company CRM system.

Ksenia Krylova has a diverse educational background. Ksenia obtained a Specialist degree in International Relations and Affairs from Petrozavodsk State University (PetrSU) in 2010, after studying there from 2005 to 2010. Ksenia then obtained a Master's degree in European and Russian Studies from the University of Tampere 1925-2018 in 2011. Finally, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Economics from Saint Petersburg State University of Finance and Economics in 2015.
