Flor Méndez

Flor Méndez has been working as a Business Operation Manager at FLEX Deployment Solutions since 2019. Prior to that, they worked as a Relation Manager at Mabe Corporativo from 2017-2019, where they analyzed customer data and led escalated cases to improve customer satisfaction. Before that, they were a Project Administrator at Ericsson from 2014-2017, where they provided financial reports and operational control within projects. Flor began their career as an Asistente Administrativa at Agente de Seguros para Grupo Nacional Provincial from 2012-2014.

Flor Méndez earned their Bachelor's degree in Industrial Design from the Universidad de La Salle Bajío, A.C. from 2009 to 2013, with their field of study being in industrial and product design. Flor also obtained a certification in Scrum Fundamentals from SCRUMstudy - Accreditation Body for Scrum and Agile in March 2019.
