Jerry Okon

Jerry Okon has a diverse work experience that spans across multiple industries and roles. Jerry started their career in 2012 as a Cinema Manager at Filmhouse Cinemas Ng, where they implemented operational standards, maximized retail profitability, and effectively communicated with the team. In 2016, they joined FATE Foundation as a Program Officer, Enterprise Learning, where they developed project scopes, managed application processes, and worked on flagship Aspiring Entrepreneurs programs. In 2019, Jerry Okon joined Flex Finance as a Business Development Manager and later transitioned to the role of Head of Operations in September 2021.

Jerry Okon obtained their Mini-MBA in Business Administration, Management, and Operations from the Tekedia Institute in 2022. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor's degree in Microbiology, General from the University of Calabar, which they completed between 2003 and 2009. In addition to their formal education, Jerry also obtained various certifications including "Preparing to Manage Human Resources" from Coursera in December 2022, the "Mini MBA" from the Tekedia Institute in May 2022, and "Project Management Simplified" from LinkedIn in July 2019.
