Nic Bement,

Nic Bement has worked in a variety of roles in the financial industry since 2000. Nic began their career at Utah First Federal Credit Union, where they held the role of General Banking; Accounting & Internal Audit. In 2005, they moved to Tanner LLC, where they were a Senior Auditor. In 2009, they became the Vice President of Finance and Reporting at Proficio Bank. In 2011, they took on the role of Deposit Operations Accounting Manager at CIT Bank. From 2013 to 2021, they held two roles at First Community Bank Utah, a Division of Glacier Bank, as EVP Chief Operating Officer and EVP Chief Financial Officer. Most recently, they have been the Chief Financial Officer at Flex Fleet Rental since 2021.

Nic Bement obtained a Masters in Accounting from Weber State University between 2000 and 2005. Nic has also obtained a Certified Corporate Financial Planning and Analysis Professional (FP&A) certification from AFP in April 2021, and is currently pursuing Certified Public Accountant and Chartered Global Management Accountant certifications.
