Ryan Janos, MBA has over 20 years of work experience in sales, marketing, and operations management. From 1995 to 1997, they worked at Grainger as an Expediting Supervisor and Customer Service Representative. From 1997 to 1998, they worked at Energy Management Specialists as a Marketing Manager. From 1998 to 2006, they worked at Budget Truck Rental as a Senior Dealer Manager, Dealer Performance Manager, and Inventory Manager. From 2006 to 2016, they worked at Avis Budget Group as a District Manager, Territory Manager, and District Recruiter/Corporate Performance Manager. Finally, from 2016 to present, they have worked at Flex Fleet Rental as a Regional Sales Manager for the Southeast United States.

Ryan Janos earned a Bachelor of Science in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services from Bowling Green State University between 1991 and 1996. Ryan then went on to obtain a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from Pfeiffer University between 2007 and 2008, with a focus in Business Administration and Management, General.
