Sara Rusdiah

Sara Rusdiah is an experienced team leader at Flex Insurance, overseeing a team of 12 underwriters and policy support officers while managing residential strata property underwriting with sums insured up to $240M. Prior to this role, Sara served as an Underwriting and Customer Service Coordinator, where underwriting responsibilities included renewals and new business for properties with sums insured up to $20M. Sara's prior experience includes customer service consulting at CHU Underwriting Agencies, and roles as a provisional psychologist at headspace, St John of God Health Care, and Mary Aikenhead Clinic. Sara also has a robust educational background, holding Bachelor's degrees in Psychology (with Honours) and a pathway degree from the University of Melbourne, complemented by tutoring experience in Indonesian studies.
