Ewa Kulawiak

Ewa Kulawiak has a diverse work experience in the field of HR. Ewa is currently working as the Head of HR, Europe at Flex IT Distribution since December 2021. Prior to that, they worked as a Lecturer at Wyższa Szkoła Bankowa w Bydgoszczy from October 2020 to December 2022. Ewa also served as an HR Manager at Ims Sofa Sp. z o. o. from June 2019 to November 2021, and at Melitta Group from July 2014 to June 2019. Ewa gained valuable experience as an HR Business Partner at OpusCapita from May 2009 to June 2014, where they were responsible for various strategic HR practices, recruitment, talent management, and training. Before that, they worked as a Recruitment Consultant at Manpower from May 2007 to April 2009.

Ewa Kulawiak attended Nicolaus Copernicus University from 2003 to 2008. During this time, they pursued and successfully completed a Magister (Mgr) degree in Historia i zarządzanie dokumentacją.
