Disha Kapoor

Disha Kapoor's work experience begins in 2012 as a Legal Intern at the Human Rights Law Network in Bhopal. Throughout their career, they have held several legal roles, including Legal Intern at Chambers of Sr. Advocate Geeta Luthra and ASA Law Firm in 2013, Wadia Ghandy & Co. in 2014, Phoenix Legal in 2015, and P&A Law Offices in 2016.

In 2017, Disha became an Associate at Krishnomics Legal until 2019 when they joined P&A Law Offices again, this time as an Associate. Disha worked there until December 2021.

In 2022, Disha worked as a Research Assistant at CCLS Queen Mary University of London, focusing on an interdisciplinary research project on online gambling harms prevention and regulation. Disha assisted Professor Julia Hornle in conducting a literature review and analyzed articles to determine the ideal role banks could play in identifying and providing assistance for compulsive spending behavior. Disha also presented a summary of the literature review in a roundtable workshop.

Currently, in 2023, Disha is employed as a Lawyer at Flex Legal.

Disha Kapoor began their education in 2012 at National Law University, Odisha, where they pursued a degree in BBA.LL.B. The duration of their studies lasted until 2017. Following this, in 2022, they enrolled at Queen Mary University of London to pursue a Master of Laws - LLM degree with a specialization in Technology, Media, and Telecommunications Law. Their studies at Queen Mary University continued until 2023.
