Zoe Connick

Zoe Connick is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in business operations, project management, and team leadership. Currently serving as Chief of Staff at The Flex since March 2025, Zoe previously co-founded both Yellow and Spotlas, where responsibilities included establishing workflows, managing financial and legal administration, and directing the development of the Spotlas app, which achieved significant recognition on the Apple App Store. Additional experiences include early career roles in retail and volunteer work promoting mental health in Sri Lanka. Zoe holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Human Biology from the University of Birmingham.
