Abishek Kanagali

Abishek Kanagali has extensive experience in thermal engineering, currently serving as Thermal Engineering Manager - CAE at Flex-N-Gate since May 2016, where responsibilities include leading both on-shore and off-shore teams in automotive lighting and electric vehicle battery thermal management. Abishek has demonstrated expertise in multiphase CAE simulation, achieving high accuracy in thermal model validation and significant cost savings through design optimization. Previous roles include Thermal Engineer at Flex-N-Gate, Student Assistant in a chemistry laboratory at Wayne State University, and Volunteer Lab Assistant at the Center of Automotive Research. Abishek holds a Master’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Wayne State University and a Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Visvesvaraya Technological University.
