David Lepp has over two decades of experience in engineering leadership roles, currently serving as Vice President of Engineering at Flex-N-Gate since January 2002. David has progressed through various positions at Flex-N-Gate, including Executive Director of Engineering, Director of Engineering, Engineering Group Manager, and Program Manager.
