Prior to this role, Tim worked as a Program Manager at Benteler Automotive from April 2001 to August 2005. Tim holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Business Administration and Management from Oakland University, achieved between 2001 and 2003, and has dual Bachelor degrees in Mechanical Engineering (Bachelor of Engineering and Bachelor of Science) from Kettering University, obtained from 1995 to 2000.
