Lorena Hansol

Lorena Hansol is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in talent acquisition and organizational development across various industries. Currently serving as a Partner at flex since March 2020, Lorena initially focused on product sales and customer success before leading the implementation of the flex HR platform for new clients. Prior to this role, Lorena was the Tech Talent Acquisition Team Leader at Yanolja, where responsibilities included building an in-house recruiting team and partnering with executive leadership for strategic hiring.
