SHIN DONG IL

Shin Dong Il has worked in a variety of roles since 2015. SHIN began their career as a Research Assistant at Eco-Frontier, followed by a Marketing Research Intern at Hankook Research Co. In 2016, they moved to Pantos as a Marketing Manager. In 2018, they were a Sales Marketing Manager at Onethird Sleep. SHIN is currently a Team Lead and CX Manager at Flex, where they are responsible for customer experience management, customer service, UX design, and sales and marketing.

Shin Dong Il attended Sahmyook University from 2008 to 2015, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in English Language and Literature & Business Administration.
