Siyoun Hwang

Siyoun Hwang has worked in the Human Resources field since 2020. In 2020, they worked as a Human Resources Development Assistant at AMOREPACIFIC, where they were responsible for employee onboarding and training, as well as developing and supporting recruitment and retention policies. In 2021, they joined Viva Republica (Toss) as a Recruiting Team member, where they were responsible for tech frontend developer recruitment, design, IT, and security recruitment, and interviewer training sessions. Currently, they are employed as a People eXperience Manager at flex.

Siyoun Hwang attended Hankuk University of Foreign Studies from 2015 to 2020, where they earned a degree in Korean Language and Literature/ Cultural Studies.
