The Security Team at Flex is responsible for safeguarding the company's data and ensuring compliance with security protocols. Led by the CISO/CPO, the team implements strategies to mitigate risks, manage vulnerabilities, and protect sensitive information, while the LGA Manager & Office Security Engineer oversees physical security measures, and the Security Engineer focuses on enhancing cybersecurity defenses. Together, they work to create a secure environment that fosters trust and integrity within the human relations platform.
