Shawn Watkins

Shawn Watkins has over 25 years of work experience in various leadership roles within the technology and sales industry. Shawn is currently serving as the Region Director of Financial Operations at Flex Technology Group since January 2022. Prior to this, from October 2020 to January 2022, they worked as the Vice President of Sales at FTG of Greater Ohio (FTG-GO). Before that, they held the position of Director of Finance at Flex Technology Group from July 2019 to October 2020.

In their earlier career, Shawn held multiple roles at Ricoh USA, Inc. From July 2017 to May 2019, they served as the National Enterprise Services Manager and from April 2015 to June 2017, they were the Vice President of Sales for Central/Northern Ohio and Western Pennsylvania. Shawn also served as the Marketplace Vice President from July 2012 to March 2015, where they were responsible for leading the execution of strategic goals in the Ohio/Kentucky/Southern Indiana market area. Additionally, they held the position of District Director of Sales, Enterprise Services from November 2011 to July 2012 and the Area Director of Strategic Sales from October 2010 to March 2012 at Ricoh USA, Inc.

Before joining Ricoh, Shawn worked at IKON Office Solutions/Ricoh as the Strategic Account Sales Manager from March 2005 to March 2011. In this role, they directed and managed a team of sales professionals and was responsible for top 200 accounts in Central and Southern Ohio.

Shawn's earlier experience includes working at IKON Office Solutions as the Regional Director of Management Services from May 2002 to March 2005. In this position, they provided strategic direction and organizational structure within the region. Shawn also served as the Director of Financial Operations from October 1994 to April 2002 at IKON Office Solutions.

Throughout their career, Shawn Watkins has demonstrated expertise in financial operations, sales leadership, strategic planning, and team management.

Shawn Watkins attended Waynesburg University from 1987 to 1991, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Accounting and Management. After completing their undergraduate degree, Shawn attended The Ohio State University Fisher College of Business. Although the specific years are not provided, they participated in the GE Executive Education Program, where they studied Business Administration with a concentration in Leadership and Management.
