Abhishek Kale is a seasoned professional with over 15 years of leadership experience in IT/ITES, Shared Services, Global EMS, and FMCG sectors. They have held significant positions in global procurement and supply chain management, most recently at Flex, where they led operations across Asia and Europe, optimizing inventory and sales processes. Abhishek’s expertise encompasses transformation initiatives, process optimization, and the development of diverse, cross-functional teams. They hold an MBA in Supply Chain & Operations and have completed executive programs at prestigious institutions, including Harvard Business School and the Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta. Currently, Abhishek is pursuing a Bachelor of Engineering in Instrumentation Technology.
