Adrienne Rapp

Adrienne Rapp is the Vice President of Global Labor & Employment Law at Flex, a global supply chain and manufacturing solutions provider, since November 2022. In this role, Adrienne navigates sensitive global workforce issues, including handling disciplinary matters, restructuring, and cross-border HR projects while transforming the employment legal team's capabilities. Prior to Flex, Adrienne served as Associate General Counsel for International Employment at Lumen Technologies and provided legal support as an Axiom Lawyer at Axiom, focusing on employee misconduct investigations for Wells Fargo Bank. Adrienne's earlier experience includes being a Senior Employment & Labor Attorney at NCR Corporation, where responsibilities encompassed a wide range of employment-related matters for a large international workforce, and serving as an Employment & Labor Litigation Attorney at Ulmer & Berne LLP. Adrienne holds a Juris Doctor from The Ohio State University Moritz College of Law and a Bachelor of Arts from Miami University.
