András Mihályi

András Mihályi is a Talent Acquisition Manager for EMEA at Flex, where they lead a team of Senior Talent Acquisition Experts with over 10 years of experience in Talent Acquisition. In this role for more than two years, András has successfully implemented initiatives to enhance Candidate Experience, Employer Brand, and inclusion practices. Prior to this position, they held various roles in recruitment and sales, including as a Senior Recruitment Specialist at Howmet Aerospace and a Recruitment Coordinator at Arconic. András earned a BA in Human Resource Management from Milton Friedman University and is currently pursuing further education at Pannon Egyetem GTK - University of Pannonia FBE.
