Andre Toriello

Andre Toriello is a seasoned operations and engineering professional with extensive experience in manufacturing and quality management. Currently serving as the Senior Director of Operations at Flex since April 2013, Toriello has played a pivotal role in establishing and modernizing manufacturing sites with a focus on implementing high-quality processes and systems. Previous roles include Operations Director and Sr. Engineering Manager, where responsibilities spanned engineering, operations, and business excellence in Brazil. Prior to Flex, Toriello accumulated significant expertise at Motorola Mobility, overseeing various functions like industrial engineering and leading Six Sigma initiatives, and at NEC Corporation, developing test system software for telecom equipment. Toriello holds an MBA from FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas and a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from Universidade São Francisco, complemented by a Six Sigma Black Belt certification.
