Andreas Heim

Andreas Heim is an experienced leader in the automotive engineering sector, currently serving as VP Engineering - Automotive at Flex since October 2022, where Andreas oversees a global team of over 700 engineers and focuses on Next Gen Mobility and core platform developments. Prior to this, Andreas held leadership positions at Aptiv, including Managing Director for Global Product Line Infotainment/UX, and Executive Director for Global Head of Engineering in the same division, managing significant budgets and development projects. Additionally, Andreas has played pivotal roles at Elektrobit, Harman/Becker Automotive Systems, and founded S1nn GmbH & Co. KG, bringing innovative infotainment systems to market. Andreas began their career at R&S Sound GmbH, contributing to engineering and sales within automotive sound systems.
