Austin Ting is a Director of Global Compliance at Flex, where they lead complex financial and ethics compliance investigations and manage a diverse international team. With extensive experience in anti-corruption reviews, fraud risk assessments, and compliance training, Austin specializes in leveraging data analytics to uncover fraud and enhance internal controls. Previously, they held roles in forensic audit and internal audit at Flex, Kemin Industries, and PwC, earning recognition as "Employee of the Quarter" and "Best Mentor." Academically, Austin holds an MBA in Finance (with Distinction) from the University of Nottingham and a First Class Honours degree in Accounting from Oxford Brookes University while also being a Chartered Accountant of Singapore and a certified Financial Forensic Professional.
