Balajee Ramanujam

Balajee Ramanujam is an accomplished IT consultant with over 18 years of experience in the industry. Currently serving as a Principal Consultant at Flex since August 2017, Balajee has led cross-functional teams to develop IT applications that ensure compliance with Mexican Trade Compliance Regulations, significantly preventing potential penalties and achieving annual savings. Prior to this role, Balajee was an Assistant Consultant at Tata Consultancy Services, where management of a team involved implementing a Global Compliance System integrated with Oracle ERP, enhancing compliance with government agencies and improving order fulfillment. Additionally, experience as a Junior Consultant at HCL Technologies involved designing and developing Oracle Forms and Reports, customizing Oracle applications for leading manufacturers. Balajee holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Anna University, completed in 2005.
