Balazs Gal

Balazs Gal is a seasoned talent acquisition and training professional with extensive experience in leading teams across Europe and the EMEA region. Currently serving as the Senior Director of Talent Acquisition EMEA at Flex since November 2022, Balazs is responsible for formulating and deploying regional strategies and managing a diverse team across multiple countries. Previous roles include significant positions at Citi, where Balazs held several senior leadership roles in recruitment and learning operations, overseeing teams of up to 80 professionals.
