Béla Nikolics

Béla Nikolics is a Program Manager at Flex, where they oversee HP Consumer and Commercial service part logistics accounts. They previously served as a Project Manager at Flex from 2019 to 2022, successfully coordinating resources and measuring project performance. Béla began their career at Flextronics as a Logistics Clerk and then advanced to a Process Engineer role, where they led various improvement projects and achieved Lean and Six Sigma green belt certifications. They hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration and Management from Budapest Metropolitan University of Applied Sciences, earned between 2013 and 2017.
