Boaz Kalisch

Boaz Kalisch is the General Manager of the Flex Health Solutions Design Center in Israel, where they lead large-scale design programs integrating advanced technologies for a global clientele. With over 25 years of experience in multidisciplinary systems across various industries, including medical devices and semiconductor manufacturing, Boaz has successfully managed product life cycles from concept to mass production. Prior to their current role, Boaz held positions in R&D and operations management, and they have demonstrated expertise in commercial leadership, team building, and regulatory compliance. Boaz earned an MBA from Heriot-Watt University and a BSc in Mechanical Engineering from the Technion - Israel Institute of Technology.
