Brad Buss, MBA, Lean-Sigma MBB, is currently the Associate Director of Operational Excellence at Illumina, a position held since 2018. They have extensive experience in operational leadership, having served as Director of Lean Sigma at Flextronics Medical and Director of Business Processes at Flex Medical since 2005.
