Carmen Hategan is a seasoned professional in supply chain and project management, currently serving as the Director of Global Procurement at Flex. With 15 years at Flex and 8 years at Solectron, Carmen has extensive experience in electronics manufacturing services (EMS) and has worked with prominent OEMs across various sectors, including telecom, automotive, and medical. Carmen holds a Master’s Degree in Psychology from West University of Timisoara and a Bachelor’s in Business Administration with a focus on Logistics, Materials, and Supply Chain Management from the Economics University.
