Chad Goh is currently the Head of Talent Acquisition for Malaysia at Flex, a position held since 2025. Previously, Chad served as a Senior Manager for APAC Talent Acquisition at NI (National Instruments) from 2017 to 2025 and led the Talent Acquisition team for APAC China at OSRAM in 2017. Chad’s earlier experience includes various roles at Intel Microelectronics, including Operations Specialist and Hiring & Training Specialist, as well as a tenure in inside sales at Dell and procurement at Agilent Technologies. Chad earned a Bachelor of Art in Developmental Science Studies with a concentration in Urban Studies from the National University of Malaysia (UKM) in 2007.
